The off-site construction continuing education training (OSC CE Training) class offered by DHCD is designed for Building Officials, Inspectors, Technical Assistants, Installers, and other professionals whose tasks may include but are not limited to design, licensing, permitting, installation and inspections of manufactured homes and industrialized buildings. The course includes training related to:

Installation and Safety regulations
Licensing requirements
Technical aspects
Permitting
Inspections and Enforcement
Virginia’s role (including local building departments)
Current and upcoming changes
